  • The learning styles and preferences of the people working for us differ a lot. What initiatives can be set up to make the majority of our workforce embrace the idea of lifelong learning?

  • New technologies arise and will make more individualized learning possible. Salvation or curse? Where are we on our journey? What works? Where are our challenges?

  • We are still looking for the holy grail when it comes to predicting the ‘skills of the future’? How do you predict yours? Do you have a way to measure the degree of correctness of your prediction?

  • Learn the value of modern-day employee engagement analysis, how it drives performance and attract and retain talent
